Count 1 Not Guilty On or about February 13, 2010, at approximately 6:10 p.m., in or near Lake Township, Berrien County, Michigan, while traveling on Interstate 94/Livingston Road, Police Officer Gregorio Anderson possessed Marijuana, which is a violation of Michigan Public Health Code, Article 7, Part 74, Section 333.7403. Count 2 Not Guilty On or about February 18, 2010, Police Officer Gregorio Anderson, while operating a 2003 Cadillac, Temporary Illinois Plate 645L134, obstructed traffic in violation of MCC 9-40-130. Count 3 Not Guilty On or about February 18, 2010, Police Officer Gregorio Anderson provided a urine specimen which contained marijuana metabolites, thereby violating 720 ILCS 550/4, by possessing some amount of marijuana on or before on or about February 18, 2010.

Count 3 Not Guilty On or about February 18, 2010, Police Officer Gregorio Anderson provided a urine specimen which contained marijuana metabolites, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.
