On or about July 23, 2005, in the vicinity of Clark Street and Burton Place, Chicago, Illinois, Officer Schneller struck a pedestrian, Barbara Pratt, with a vehicle, while she crossed the street, and/or failed to remain at the accident scene, in violation of 625 ILCS 5/11-401(a), and/or failed to render aid or provide personal information to her, in violation of 625 ILCS 5/11-403.

administrative investigation into Complaint Register Number 307241,
