Count 1 On or about May 24, 2005, in the vicinity of 3919 West Eddy at approximately 8:15 a.m., while conducting a traffic stop, Michael Allegretti asked Malgorzata Sorokosz where she was from, if she has a boyfriend here or in Poland, who she lives with and/or what she was going to do to get out of receiving a ticket, or words to that effect, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department. Count 2 On or about May 24, 2005, in the vicinity of 3919 West Eddy at approximately 8: 1 5 a.m., while conducting a traffic stop, Michael Allegretti said to Malgorzata Sorokosz "show me your boobs" and/or "show me how you touch yourself," and/or told her to unzip her pants and expose her pubic area, or words to that effect, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department. Count 3 On or about May 24, 2005, in the vicinity of 3919 West Eddy at approximately 8:15 a.m., while conducting a traffic stop, Michael Allegretti attempted to get Malgorzata Sorokosz to follow him into an alley, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department. Count 4 On or about May 24, 2005, Michael Allegretti stopped Malgorzata Sorokosz for a traffic violation and failed to conduct a name check on her to determine if she had a valid Driver's License, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department. Count 5 On or about May 24, 2005, Michael Allegretti stopped Malgorzata Sorokosz for a traffic violation and failed to prepare and submit a Traffic Stop Statistical Study Driver Information Card for her, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

Count 1 On or about May 24, 2005, in the vicinity of 3919 West Eddy at approximately 8:15 a.m., while conducting a traffic stop, Michael Allegretti asked Malgorzata Sorokosz what she was going to do to get out of receiving a ticket, or words to that effect, thereby using his official position for personal gain or influence. Count 2 On or about May 24, 2005, in the vicinity of 3919 West Eddy at approximately 8:15 a.m., while conducting a traffic stop, Michael Allegretti said to Malgorzata Sorokosz "show me your boobs" and/or "s how me how you touch yourself," and/or told her to unzip her pants and expose her pubic area, or words to that effect, in exchange for not issuing a traffic citation, thereby using his official position for personal gain or influence.
Rule 5	1 count	Failure to perform any duty. Count 1 On or about May 24, 2005, Michael Allegretti stopped Malgorzata Sorokosz for a traffic violation and failed to conduct a name check on her to determine if she had a valid Driver's License, thereby failing to perform any duty.

Count 1 On or about May 24, 2005, Michael Allegretti stopped Malgorzata Sorokosz for a traffic violation and failed to prepare and submit a Traffic Stop Statistical Study Driver Information Card for her in violation of Department Notice 03-68, thereby disobeying an order or directive whether written or oral.

Count 1 On or about May 24, 2005, in the vicinity of 3919 West Eddy at approximately 8:15 a.m., while conducting a traffic stop, Michael Allegretti said to Malgorzata Sorokosz "show me your boobs" and/or "show me how you touch yourself," and/or told her to unzip her pants and expose her pubic area, or words to that effect, thereby disrespecting or maltreating any person, while on or off duty. Count 2 On or about May 24, 2005, in the vicinity of 3919 West Eddy at approximately 8:15 a.m., while conducting a traffic stop, Michael Allegretti attempted to get Malgorzata Sorokosz to follow him into an alley, thereby disrespecting or maltreating any person, while on or off duty.
